Cancellation, Returns & Replacement

Cancellation of an order can be done either by FASTEMI.COM or by You as under:


Cancellation by Fastemi.com

Fastemi.com has the discretion to cancel an order. Some of the reasons for cancellation are 

as under (not being exhaustive list of reasons):


  01. Product is unavailable.

  02. Technical errors or issues.

  03. Any reason identified by Fastemi.com's credit and fraud avoidance team.

  04. Invalid address or wrong address is given in order details.

  05. Malpractices used to place the order.

  06. Bulk order is placed for the likely commercial resale.

  07. Multiple orders are placed for same product at the same address.

  08. Order is undelivered after three (3) attempts.

  09. EMI offer is rejected by the bank.

  10. Failure to collect the order from partner store within stipulated time.

  11. Pricing or specifications on any product as is shown on the App due to typographical error

      or incorrect information inadvertently provided by the Fastemi.com or some technical glitch,

      resulting into incorrect pricing or specifications.



Can I cancel the order before shipment?

Yes, you can cancel the order which has not been shipped yet. After you cancel the order, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded within 24-48 business hours.

Can I cancel the order post shipment?

Yes you can cancel the order after the order has already been shipped. In that case, the product will get delivered to you but kindly do not accept the delivered order. We will refund the order after the seller receives back the product and verify the packaging and condition of the cancelled product. Once everything is verified we will refund the order within 24-48 business hours.

How long it takes to cancel the order?

You can cancel the order right after you have done the payment. You can also cancel the order after the shipping. However, if you have cancelled the order after shipping has already been done, then money will be refunded after the courier service confirms the shipment is being returned back to the seller.

How will I get refunded?

If your payment has been done through Credit/Debit card or net banking, then the money will be refunded within 24-48 business hours of your cancellation and after receiving the products back and verifying the condition of the product.

How will I return the product?

After you place your return, you can track the status of the return through the fastemi account . An email and SMS will be sent regarding the details of the return.

I want to return an item that I wrongly ordered

According to the seller’s return policy, wrongly ordered products cannot be returned.

When return cannot be possible?

Returns of products depends on certain factors. The sellers do not accept returns in case:

The product is found damaged

The product is found tampered

The product is found with missing pieces (this includes price tags, accessories, original packing, labels, any parts that come with it, freebies etc.)

Can I change the address in case of product return?

Yes you can change the address of the item while returning the product. Just make sure the new address is valid and the pincode given is serviceable for the pick-up. If the new address is not serviceable for pick-up, then the address cannot be changed.
